Playground fire was 'deliberate' - fire service
FIREFIGHTERS dealt with a deliberately set blaze in a playground at Isaf Road, Risca, at 9.19pm last night.
In a separate incident an acre of grass was damaged in a deliberately set fire at the recreation ground at Crumlin, at 9.01pm last night.
Firefighters from Abercarn attended, using beaters and hosereels to bring the blaze under control.
